# Sprawozdania GUS

W aplikacji drEryk Gabinet, dostępne są sprawozdania

* MZ-11
* ZD-3
* MZ-55

Aby wykonać sprawozdanie, należy zalogować się na Administratora Raporty i statystyki > statystyki

Należy wybrać jeden z dostępnych formularzy, i wybrać go dwukrotnie.

Należy wskazać Podmiot/Zakład leczniczy (jeśli jest więcej niż jedno), wybrać odpowiednio okres sprawozdawcy oraz zaznaczyć komórki, z których dane mają zostać uwzględnione w sprawozdaniu i nacisnąć "Zatwierdź"

Utworzone zostanie sprawozdanie, z danymi pobranymi z aplikacji,&#x20;

Jeśli wyświetlone dane wymagają korekty, można ręcznie zmodyfikować ilość w tabelach.

Naciśnięcie przycisku "Drukuj" spowoduje wyświetlenie gotowego, do wydrukowania formularza.
